Teach your kids the importance of helping others.

This is what the Westchester Family Y-Feather Program is all about — having a great time with our kids while also teaching them how to be responsible, caring, citizens. Every year at the holidays, we team up with One Voice (www.onevoice-la.org) — a non-profit organization helping families living at poverty level — to pack bags of fruit for our neighbors who can’t afford to feed their families. It’s more than philanthropy, it’s also a rockin’ good time! The event takes place inside Santa Monica Airport’s Barker Hanger, which will be filled with good cheer and great holiday music. Come sing and dance as you spread some much appreciated holiday cheer. The entire family is welcome at this wonderful event. Be sure to come early as the lines can get long and you want your kids to be in and out by 8pm.
